Chic Provençal Kitchen: Modern Renovation in Alsace

The Project : Complete modernisation of a long kitchen in a beautiful house of 200 m² located in the heart of the Alsatian countryside. The aim was to break away from the original rustic and overloaded style to create a clean, ultra-functional, and bright space.

The Transformation:

• Space Optimisation: The original pantry door has been sealed off to extend the linear space and integrate a large series of custom storage units (column cabinets accommodating built-in appliances).

• New Circulations: Installation of a new modern door with grey framing to harmonise access to the rest of the house.

• Ceiling & Streamlined Lighting: Creation of a technical false ceiling with the integration of minimalist spot rails, removing the old central light fixture for optimal and uniform light distribution.

• Materials & Natural Ambiance: Replacement of the old two-tone tiles with a warm wood-effect floor. The back of the room is adorned with a stunning stone cladding wall that evokes a countryside spirit, beautifully contrasting with the light facades that have a polished concrete effect.

Master Suite: A Sculptural and Organic Headboard

The Challenge: Transforming a minimalist style bedroom, deemed too cold and impersonal (visible in the "BEFORE.jpg" image), into a true warm cocoon with natural and high-end inspirations.

The Transformation:

• Spectacular Accent Wall: Creation of a bespoke headboard combining vertical wooden slats and an insertion of textured stone sculpted in relief, evoking a rocky landscape.

• LED Strip Lighting: Integration of warm LED backlighting that highlights the curves of the stone, providing a soft ambient light and incredible depth to the room.

• Natural Materials & Textures: Rigorous selection of bedside tables made from blocks of wood and raw stone, woven wicker lamps, and a large natural fibre rug.

• Earthy Colour Palette: Dressing the bed with layered textiles in warm tones (terracotta, olive green, beige, and linen), complemented by a touch of greenery to enhance the "urban oasis" spirit.

Result: A bold and textured interior design. The bedroom transforms into an intimate and luxurious space, where craftsmanship and organic elements create an atmosphere of absolute serenity. 

Master Suite: From partitioned space to integrated luxury

Le Défi : Transforming a standard, dark room segmented by partitions into a fluid, bright, high-end master suite.

The Transformation:

• Open Concept : Removal of doors to merge the bedroom, dressing room, and bathroom into a continuous and harmonious space.

• Bespoke Dressing Room : Design of an integrated light wood dressing room, maximizing storage with elegance.

• Prestige Bathroom : Integration of a freestanding bathtub, a walk-in shower, and marble for a hotel-worthy ambiance.

• Design & Light : Installation of minimalist LED spot rails and laying of light flooring to visually enlarge the space.

Result : A modern suite, optimised to the nearest centimetre, that perfectly combines functionality, comfort, and minimalist aesthetics.

Strategic Commercial Layout

The Challenge : Transforming an empty commercial space of 66 m² (visible in the image "BEFORE.jpg") into a dynamic, fluid exhibition showroom optimised for sales, capable of integrating multiple living and working areas.

Design & Spatial Solutions :

• Strategic Zoning : Clear zoning of the space to separate the bathroom area from the kitchen area, ensuring a clear and immersive customer experience.

• Multi-Model Display : Successful implementation of 2 kitchen models with distinct styles (one sleek white and wood, the other high-end with dark and golden tones) and a space dedicated to the world of bathing.

• Integrated Professional Hubs : Creation of an ergonomic workspace for design as well as a warm and friendly waiting area to welcome clients.

• 3D Technical Mastery : Complete modelling and layout of the project on the professional software WINNER, allowing for the validation of volumes, circulation and finish choices prior to the work.

Result : A perfectly profitable 66 m² showroom where each area has its function. The layout combines modern aesthetics and commercial efficiency to offer future clients a complete projection into their projects.

From a raw construction site, we created a warm and ultra-contemporary space by making bold choices :

• The centrepiece : A central partition dressed in bespoke black wooden slats, elegantly integrating the TV screen and the fireplace.

• The harmony of lines : A perfect graphic play between the railing of the staircase, the minimalist spot rails and the beautiful herringbone floor.

• The light : An architectural lighting designed to structure the space and create a cosy atmosphere as night falls.

Transformation of a Traditional Kitchen into a Luxury Space

Discover the spectacular transformation of this kitchen, designed to maximise space, light, and design.

The keys to this transformation:

• Total opening : The old walls and the small closed door have given way to a huge minimalist glass roof, offering a panoramic view of the pool.

• Clean lines and symmetry : A U-shaped layout dressed in light wood now integrates all the appliances invisibly, creating a fluid and ultra-modern visual.

• The central marble island : A true centrepiece of the room, this veined white marble island incorporates a suspended wooden table to combine aesthetics and conviviality.

• Bright design : A monumental graphic chandelier and integrated LED lighting enhance the volumes, both day and night.

 

 Total transformation of a boy's room

Transforming a cluttered and soulless room into a true adventurer's refuge: this is the challenge we took on for this child's room. Discover the behind-the-scenes of this transformation where design meets functionality.

The Brief: Optimise the space and stimulate the imagination

Before our intervention, the room lacked structure. Despite some good elements (storage, books), the floor space was saturated with toys, and the overall atmosphere lacked warmth and personality for a young boy.

Our goal? Free up floor space, create dedicated areas (sleep, reading, play) and infuse a "nature and adventure" theme that is both gentle and stimulating.

The work carried out for this result:

• Renovation of surfaces and painting: We swapped the impersonal beige for a beautiful pastel sage green on the accent wall. A soothing shade that brings freshness and visually enlarges the room.

• Installation of a new floor covering: The original carpet was replaced with light wood laminate flooring. More hygienic and easy to clean, it adds a warm and modern touch.

• Creation of a custom cabin bed (The highlight of the show!): To maximise the square metres, we installed a raw wood loft bed in the shape of a cabin.

  • At the top: A secure and playful sleeping area.

  • At the bottom: A cosy reading nook with cushions and an integrated bookshelf.

  • The bonus: A wooden slide for a dynamic and fun wake-up!

• Optimisation of wall storage: To declutter the floor, we fixed large light wood wall shelves with a Scandinavian look, perfect for displaying soft toys and storing books at child height.

• Personalisation and themed decoration: Addition of wall stickers "forest and mountains", a light fixture in the shape of a small wooden airplane, and a cloud-shaped rug to soften the play area.

Bright & Modern Architect's Kitchen

The Project: Complete restructuring of the kitchen of a 135 m², once dark, partitioned and dated, to make it the beating heart and ultra-design of the house.

The Transformation:

• Natural Light Contribution: Creation of a small panoramic window in the splashback, just above the sink. A strong architectural trick that now bathes the kitchen in light and offers a pleasant view of the outside.

• The Master Central Island: Arrangement of a large island in a clean white with a textured black worktop. It incorporates a hob with a built-in extractor hood, a friendly dining area, and backlit drawers with invisible opening.

• Contrasts & Materials: A perfect marriage between glossy white furniture, high-end matte black appliances (notably the built-in American fridge) and a beautiful herringbone parquet floor that brings incomparable warmth.

• Worked Lighting: Installation of three black and gold designer pendants and integrated LED strips under the furniture for a cosy atmosphere in the evening.

Result: A contemporary, sleek and highly functional kitchen, where space optimisation and light play radically transform the experience of the home. 

Chalet Living Room in Switzerland: Reinvented Alpine Elegance

The Challenge: Modernising the living room of a traditional Swiss chalet into an ultra-luxurious and contemporary space, while enhancing the exceptional panorama of the Alps.

The Metamorphosis: * Maximum Opening: Replacing the old joinery with a massive full-height bay window to merge the interior with the terrace and the view of the mountains.

• Contrast & Noble Materials: Abandoning the total rustic wood look in favour of a textured dark stone wall, which contrasts beautifully with the emerald green velvet modular corner sofa.

• Warm & Design Atmosphere: Integrating a sculpted tree trunk coffee table, faux fur textiles, and a graphic pendant light with golden lines.

• Outdoor Layout: Creating a lounge area on the balcony with the installation of a contemporary fire pit and high-end sun loungers.

Result: A masterful living space that reinterprets the codes of the mountain chalet. A cocoon of sophisticated and warm comfort, suspended in front of the Swiss. 

Creation of a Modern and Bright Girl's Room

Discover the complete transformation of this child's room, from a dated space to a true fairy-tale and contemporary haven of peace. Our goal was to combine comfort, storage, and architectural design.

The work completed:

• Custom plasterboard works : We created a wall covering and a decorative false ceiling made of plasterboard. The graphic relief lines elegantly and modernly structure the space.

• Integration of LED strips : Light troughs have been integrated directly into the plasterboard framework. This custom LED backlighting diffuses a soft and indirect light, perfect for creating a warm atmosphere in the evening.

• Design of a desk and vanity corner : Installation of a functional workspace, enhanced by a flower-shaped backlit mirror that echoes the main light fixture.

• Space optimisation : Creation of an integrated reading bench under the window with custom storage to maximise every square metre.

• Soft finishes : Application of a matte powder pink paint and installation of light wood flooring to bring maximum brightness and softness to the room.

 

Complete Renovation: Transformation of a bathroom into a modern luxury cocoon

Radical transformation of a raw bathroom into a modern, sophisticated, and decidedly high-end wellness space. This project perfectly illustrates our expertise in interior design and space optimisation.

The Challenge (Before) : Initially, the room was completely bare: exposed concrete block walls, unjointed plasterboard, raw floors, and visible technical installations. A true blank canvas that required a complete restructuring, from insulation to plumbing, down to the most meticulous finishes.

The Transformation (After) : We have chosen to create a bold contemporary atmosphere by opting for an all-black look and noble materials:

• The covering: A large-format black marble effect tile with golden and copper veining that brings depth, warmth, and timeless elegance from floor to ceiling.

• The shower area: A spacious walk-in shower, defined by a sleek glass partition, equipped with a designer built-in tap in gold/bronze.

• The double basin: Installation of two matte black square basin totems with a minimalist design, topped with large LED backlit mirrors that illuminate the room and enhance the lines of the marble.

• The details: A perfectly integrated matte black towel warmer and spot lighting in the ceiling to create a soft and relaxing atmosphere.

The result: A bathroom worthy of a grand hotel, where functionality meets absolute luxury. 

Transformation of an exceptional living room: From dated style to chic and intimate minimalismProject presentation

This complete renovation project illustrates our ability to reinvent large volumes to transform them into luxurious, modern, and warm living spaces. We have transformed a large living room with outdated aesthetic codes from the 90s into a contemporary and refined architectural sanctuary.

What we have achieved (The "After")

To bring this new vision to life, every detail has been designed to combine high technology, absolute comfort, and minimalist aesthetics:

• Open & fluid space layout: We have restructured the room to create a friendly and airy living space. The low modular furniture was custom designed and centrally positioned to structure the living room without partitioning the volumes.

• Muted atmosphere and management of intimacy : To break away from total exposure to the outside and create a private cocoon atmosphere, we installed sumptuous textured matte anthracite curtains from floor to ceiling. Fully drawn, they filter the light, conceal the view, and bring a theatrical and muted touch of rare comfort.

• Palette of noble and contrasting materials : The old light wood furniture and beige leather sofas have given way to a rigorous selection of durable and refined materials. We combined surfaces in deep matte black, warm wood veneer cladding to warm the space, and a magnificent large format marble light.

• Architectural luminous scenography : The old ceiling fan and messy spotlights have been removed. Instead, we integrated black recessed magnetic spot rails and LED light niches hidden in the wood cladding. A majestic suspended luminous sculpture with broken lines crowns the living room for an "artwork" effect.

• Invisible technological integration : To refine the lines to the maximum, we have concealed the technical equipment. The heart of the living room now hosts a contemporary built-in fireplace in a huge matte black central block, topped with a bar area and invisible storage.

Summary of our expertise on this project  

The challenge: A cluttered living room, an inefficient layout, unsuitable lighting and bulky furniture typical of past decades.

The result: A high-end living room with a minimalist and intimate design. A perfect balance between the sobriety of matte black, the nobility of marble and the softness of suspended textiles.
